His Suffering Ended.
After months of severe suffering and being deprived of his eye sight for a number of years past, death came to George Hart Sr. at the residence of his son John on Tuesday, November 30th. The funeral will be held today at 10:30 from the house and later services will be held at Clarks Chapel M.E. church, conducted by the pastor Rev. C. Tinkham, after which the remains will be interred in the graveyard near the church.
Grandpa Hart was one of the oldest settlers of the extreme eastern part of this, Allen county. He assisted in clearing many acres of the dense forest of early days in this section and was known far and near. He leaves a family of five sons, all prominent farmers of this and Adams counties.
