Domineak L. Bynum, Sr., age 19, of Kansas City, Mo., tragically passed away May 20, 2009 following a shooting. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m., with services at 11 a.m., on Saturday, May 30, at New Vision Church, 9101 Blue Ridge Blvd. Burial at Forest Hill Cemetery, Kansas City, Mo. (Arr.: Duane E. *UPDATED Charges were filed today in the death of Domineak L. Bynum, who was shot and killed last week in southeast Kansas City.

------, 21, of Lee's Summit was charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action. On May 19, Kansas City police officers discovered Bynum shot near 101st Street and Fremont Avenue. Bynum was declared brain dead on May 20, and was kept alive by machine for organ donation until May 22.
