Dorothy M. Abramson, of York, entered into peaceful slumber May 26, 2009.
She was the daughter of the late Jacob P. and Nora M. (Backel) Kline.
Mrs. Abramson graduated from Wrightsville High School, Class of 1943. Her hobbies included reading, knitting, and bowling.
She was the wife of the late Henry A. Stoner, Jr. and the late Samuel J. Abramson and is survived by her children, Henry A. Stoner and wife, Beverly of York, Michael R. Abramson and wife, Mary K. of Olney, MD, Samuel D. Abramson of Mt. Joy, Rebecca S. Barnhart and husband, Edward of York, and Lori Ann Schmitt and husband, Erik of Mt. Pisgah; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, Andrea Rohrbaugh and daughters, Allyson and Emily, Greg Stoner and son, Ryan, Kelly Abramson, Melissa Huntsman and daughters, Brooke and Caylynn, Julie Abramson and son, Blake, Ryan Brenneman, Amy Sheffer, and sons Logen and Kameron, Jessica Ensminger, Jacquelyn Schmitt, and Joshua Schmitt. Dorothy is also survived by four brothers, Jacob P. Kline of York, Ervin E. Kline of Wrightsville, Walter R. Kline of Red Lion, and Paul C. Kline of Wrightsville, and three sisters, Lucy J. Conklin of Colorado Springs, CO, Caroline W. Crombie of Banning, CA, and Linda L. Staley of Acworth, GA.
