The funeral of Miss Frances Randall Hagner, who died on Thursday at her home, 1816 H Street Northwest will be held at 11 o'clock on Monday in the parish hall of St. John's Episcopal Church. At the time of her death Miss Hagner was the oldest surviving member of St. John's Church. She passed away in a house which stands upon the property owned by her father, upon which she was born eighty-nine years ago. She was the fourth of the eleven children of Peter Hagner, who was one of the founders and also one of the first vestrymen of St. John's Church. Her brother, the late Peter Hagner was one of the first to be baptized in the new edifice and Miss Hagner was for more than three quarters of a century identified with the church.
She is survived by two brothers, one Justice Alexander B. Hagner of the District Supreme Court and the other a lawyer in Calvert County, Maryland and one sister, Mrs. Nelson, the wife of Rev. Dr. Nelson of Annapolis, Maryland. At the funeral the active pallbearers will be headed by her brother, Judge Hagner and will consist entirely of the members of the Hagner, Randall and Webb families. The list of honorary pallbearers will be headed by Rear Admiral Ramsay.
