She is the former Delores Jaehnig, born October 15, 1925 in Sheboygan, daughter of the late Alfred and Lillie (Barthel) Jaehnig.
Delores was a 1944 graduate of Sheboygan Central High School.
On June 29, 1946 she married Willis Voss at St. John & St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cleveland.
Delores and her husband farmed in the Town of Newton for many years.
She was a member of St. John & St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cleveland. Delores enjoyed gardening and canning vegetables with her husband, she also took great pride in cooking at Kraemer's Korners and collecting recipes and cooking for her family.
Survivors include her husband, Willis of rural Newton; her three children, Thomas (Karen) Voss of School Hill, Peggy (James) Stoiber of Plymouth, Robert (Judy) Voss of Valders. 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Delores is further survived by 2 sisters, Elinor Jaehnig of Manitowoc, Joyce Kraemer of Cleveland; a sister-in-law, Eleanor "Jerry" Jaehnig of Newport News VA. Sisters-in-law, Gladys (Merlin) Schleunes of Kiel, Delores Kress of Cleveland; brothers-in-law, Orville Voss of rural Kiel, Edgar Baumann of Sheboygan.
Delores was preceded in death by a brother, Gordon Jaehnig; 2 sisters, Betty (Merlin) Hansen, Gloria (Herman) Haefke; a son-in-law, Steven Schuh; brothers-in-law, Charles Kraemer, Kenneth Voss, Roger Voss, Vernon Kress and Marvin TeWinkle; sisters-in-law, Alice Baumann, Agnes (Gilbert) Oehldrich.
Burial in the Saxon Cemetery, Town of Centerville.
