Died: Mr. John Hanzlik died June 5th and was buried the next day in the Bohemian Cemetery. Mr. Hanzlik was quite sick for the last few days and constantly watched by his friends, they fearing that he might in a fit of despondency end his life, but on the aforesaid day, while not closely guarded, he slipped away and strangled himself on a piece of twisted binding twine, in a corncrib.
Mr. Hanzlik was born in the village Metla, Bohemia, June 3, 1830. Age at his death was 82 years and 2 days.
