GREAT BEND - Madge E. Aldridge, 70, died Feb. 17, 1986, at Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend. Born Madge E. Finkle Jan. 16, 1916, at McPherson, she married Reo Glenn Myers May 12, 1936, at McPherson. He died Sept. 24, 1965. She then married Clarence Aldridge in June of 1973 at Ashland. He died Jan. 6, 1978, at Ashland. She was a resident of Great Bend since 1982, moving from Liberal.
Survivors: daughters, Glennys Deane Shopteese, Kansas City, Kan., Laura Lee Reddig, Great Bend; one sister, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Fryberger Mortuary, Great Bend. Graveside service will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Bean Cemetery, Little River. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Tuesday and until service time Thursday at the mortuary. Memorials may go to Meals on Wheels.
