Son of Agusta Nathan and Lou Ellen (Carr)Williams and husband of Helen Eudora Williams. Was a former Pelly City Commissioner of the Sanitary Department. He was employed by the Humble Oil and Refining company and was also a member of the Pelly Fire Department.
Served in the United States Marine Corps from Jun 2, 1927 to July 15, 1931 and served in the USS Texas. He saw combat ashore in Nicaragua from Jun 14,1928 to Jan 4, 1929 where he earned the 2nd Nicaragua Campaign Medal. He was also awarded the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal and Marksmanship Badge. He served on the USS Texas from Sept 1, 1927 to Jul 9, 1929.
