Miss Elsie Ingleton Cecil, 74, of Church Street, Dublin, died Sunday morning in the Radford Community Hospital. A retired registered nurse, she was born in Pulaski County March 25, 1893 and was the daughter of the late Charles Lee & Hattie Vickers Cecil. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. E.J. Quillen, Johnson City, TN; Mrs. Olin P. Anderson, Dublin; Mrs. Walter Blngham, Sebring, FL. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Dublin Cemetery with the Rev. Dan B. Kelly officiating. The body will remain at Stevens until 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
