Alden L. Lovell, age 73, passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 in Los Gatos, CA. Alden had been a resident of San Jose, CA for 28 years. He formerly had resided in South Windsor. He was the loving husband for 52 years of Mary-Ellen Lovett Lovell. Besides his wife he leaves a son, Mark A. Lovell of Winter Park, FL; a son, Keith A. Lovell and wife Luba of Fair Oaks, CA; a daughter, Molly Tripp and husband John of Vernon; and a daughter, Aimee M. Brimmer and husband Jay of San Jose, CA. He also leaves seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a granddaughter, Kera Marie Lovell and a brother, Roger A. Lovell. He will be forever remembered for his warm and caring and often humorous nature. It should also be mentioned that he had great faith in the Lord and brought others to the Lord as well. We are grateful to have had the honor of having such a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend in our lives! 1 Corinthians 13 4-8.
