Philip Tony Bingert, 77, died Sunday, July 23, 2006. He was a native of Elberta and resident of Lillian.
Survivors include one son, Richard P. Bingert of Pensacola; a daughter, Michelle E. Bingert of Lillian; a brother, Karl Bingert of Silverhill; two grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lillian. Burial will follow in Prince of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Elberta.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 34290 U.S. 98, Lillian, AL 36549.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley.
