Mr. Yancy Edward Edmonds, age 56, of Dodson, Louisiana, died Monday, April 4, 2005 at his residence in Dodson. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the Siloam Baptist Church in Gansville.
He is survived by his wife: Ramona Durbin Edmonds;
Four sons, Ricky Edmonds of Dodson, La. Tommy Edmonds of Dodson, La. Jimbo Tassin of Gulfport, Ms. Carl Tassin of Mansfield, La.
Three Daughters, Lorena Beth Adams of Bloomsburg, Texas Pamela Brown of Coushatta, La. Brandi Layfield of Dodson, La.
One Sister, Doris Roberts of Leesville, La.

Friends may visit at the Southern Funeral Home in Jonesboro, La. on Wednesday from 4:30 PM until 9PM and Thursday at Siloam Baptist Church from 9AM until 10AM. Funeral services for Mr. Edmonds will be 10 AM Thursday at the Siloam Baptist Church with Reverend Charlie Hammons officiating. Burial will follow in the Siloam Cemetery in Gansville.
