Elder Frank Moran of Loma Linda, born in Los Angeles, lived in Loma Linda for 47 years, died there Wednesday at the age of 76. He was a teacher at Loma Linda Academy and Loma Linda University and was an elder in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He was survived by his wife, Evelyn, a son, Donald of Anderson, California, two daughters, Margaret R. Baldwin of Bradbury, California and Marianne Serns of High Point, North Carolina, seven grandchildren, two foster grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services are scheduled for 3 p.m. today in Loma Linda University Church with burial in Montecito Memorial Park with Emmerson-Bartlett Loma Linda Chapel in charge of the arrangements.
