Orval J. Edaburn ,91, of rural Toddville, died Tuesday morning in his home after a long illness. Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, Murdoch Funeral Home, Center Point, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Burial: Dunkard Cemetery, Midway.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Virgil and Carold; and three sisters, Marie, Naomi and Venita.
Born the son of Bert and Mamie Heefner Edaburn on Aug. 9, 1900, in Toddville, he married Ruth J. Wright on Dec. 10, 1927, in Cedar Rapids. Orval was a lifelong resident and farmer of the Toddville area. He was a member of Green's Grove Community Church and Farm Bureau.
He will be greatly missed by friends and family.
