Mr. Folk was born in Hancock Co., Ohio, but had been a resident here for a number of years.
He was employed at the G. Murphy Co. here until his retirement five years ago.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Charles Forbes, Rabus Dri? Where he made his home, Mrs. A.B. Schumaker, of Chicago, Mrs. J.E. Kontz, Santa Anna, Calif., two sons, Riley R., Hickville, Ind., Gilbert G., of Auburn, Ill., five sisters, Mrs. Ida Hyde and Mrs. Ruby Schaffer, both of Leipsic, Ohio, Mrs. Grace Hann, Marion, Ohio, Mrs. Icy Williams, of Dundee, Mich., One brother, Albert of Fostoria, Ohio, 13 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Getz and Cahill Funeral Home, with services at 2 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Gerald H. Jones officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Auburn, Ind.
