Mary Jane Ura Ramming was the daughter of Mathew Ramming of of Kuulmbach in Ober Franken Mauria, Germany and Mary A. Cooksey/Cooksy born in what is now DeKalb Co, Tenn. Mary Cooksey/Cooksy Ramming married an Anthony Fullerton after Mathew died. Mary Jane married Lewis Clark Berry on Aug 15, 1870 in Moniteau Co, Missouri.

OBIT MARY JANE URA RAMMING BERRY RUSSELLVILLE RUSTLER
DEATH OF MRS. L. C. BERRY. Passed Away September 1st, of Typhoid Fever, She Was 56 Years Old. Mrs. Mary Berry, wife of L. C. Berry, who lives two and one-half miles northwest of Russellville, passed away at her home on September 1st of typhoid fever. Deceased at the time of her death was fifty-six years, eigh months and twenty-one days old. She was born in Morgan county and moved to Cole county with her parents when but a little girl. In 1870 she was married to L. C Berry to which union four children were born. They are Mrs. Allen [Mattie] Russell, of Eldon, Mrs. Fred [Alta] Brehmeyer, of McGirk and Mary and Clay who resided at home. Besides these she leaves three sisters and two brothers. They are Mrs. A. H. [Roena] House, Mrs. T. J. [Emily] Markham, both of Jefferson City, and Mrs. Wm. [Lavina] Webb, G. M. Ramming, of Clinton and J. A. Ramming of Jefferson City.
Deceased was a member of the Methodist Church at this place for the past thirty-five years, at which place funeral services were held last Thursday morning by Judge John Hunter, the pastor not being in town. Burial took place immediately after the services at the Russellville cemetery amid a large number of sorrowing friend and relatives. The Rustler deeply sympathizes with the bereaved family in their loss of a dutiful wife and kind and loving mother.
