Stella Dorothy Allen Doran, daughter of Charles & Dora Connley Allen, married Roy Doran Sep. 25, 1926. They had four children. Betty Francis Doran (deceased), Norma Jean (Charles Minor), Kenneth Doran (deceased), & Frederick E (Janice Dyer) Doran.
Stella had six grandchildren, Ronnie Minor, Chuckie Minor, Joey Minor, Michael Doran, Darla & Diane Doran, and one granddaughter, Linda Minor, deceased. Stella had one brother, Roy Allen, deceased.
Stella worked at the Paden City Pottery, Smittle Meat Packing in Paden City, Wright's in New Martinsville, as well as cleaning homes and ironing for various families. In her later years she worked at the St. Mary's Children's Home. Stella was a hard worker all her life and was loved by many.
