James E. Priest
Services for James E. Priest, 75, Worthington Road, Pataskala, will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Crouse and Son Funeral Home, Johnstown, with the Rev. Robert E. Webb officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Priest died Tuesday morning at home. He was born April 22, 1908 in Johnstown to the late Delno and Winnie (Dague) Priest.
He was retired from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., Akron, after 42 years service, and was a member of the United Rubber Workers of America.
Surviving are his wife, Edna (Whitehead) Priest; one sister, Mrs. Geneva Douglas of St. Augustine, Fla.; one brother, Delno Preist of Johnstown; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. One son and two sisters are deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
