Preceded in death by parents Lester & Ethel Shaw (Priest); 3 brothers; 1 grandson. Survived by husband Donald Butt; son, Warren Lee (Carol) Butt; daughter; daughter, Karen Ann Butt, all of Johnstown; grandchildren, Ryan Butt, Johnstown, Kelley (Joe) Krstich, Lewisville, OH; great-granddaughter, Madison Krstich, Lewisville, OH; many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Crouse-Kauber Funeral Home, Johnstown. Services 11 a.m. Tuesday, Johnstown United Methodist Church. Rev. David Phaneuf and Father Richard Metzger officiating. Interment Green Hill Cemetery.
