Agusta L. Lappin, 80, died May 27, 1983, at Rush County Memorial Hospital, La Crosse, after a long illness. Born Agusta Boese May 15, 1903, at Alexander, she married Eugene Ebert in November of 1921. He died April 5, 1952. She married Frank Lappin November 11, 1953, in Rush County. He died March 1, 1983. She had been a lifetime Alexander resident.
She was a member of Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors: sons, Cecil Ebert, Haviland; Lloyd Ebert. Arkansas City; daughter, Edna Snedeger, Kansas City, Mo.; brothers, Peter and William Boese, both of Alexander; Jake Boese, Hoisington; Herrman Boese, Iola; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Janousek Funeral Home, La Crosse; Elder Kenneth Ingram. Burial may call from 1 until 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the funeral home.
