LEBLANC, Telesphor E. "Neg" - - - Died at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Gonzales. He was 72 a native of Sorrento and a resident of French Settlement. He was a retired lumber inspector. Body at Welsh Funeral Home in Gonzales from noon Thursday until 9:30 a.m. Friday. Religious services at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Amant at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. James Clement. Burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs Letitia LeBlanc of French Settlement; two daughters, Mrs James Nickens of Little Rock, Ark., and Mrs Albert Halker of French Settlement; two sons, L.V.A. LeBlanc of Miami, Fla., and Carroll LeBlanc of Harihan; three sisters, Mrs Ruth Constance of Metairie, Mrs Henry Stevens of Gonzales and Mrs Lawrence Aime of Sorrento; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
