Pearl A. Priest

Pearl A. Priest, 80, of Johnstown, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, in Licking Memorial Hospital.

She was born Jan. 27, 1908 in Parkersburg, W. Va., to the late Wallace and Maude Tracy. She was a member of the Johnstown Church of Christ.

Her husband, Delno Priest, died Dec. 31, 1988.

She is survived by one daughter, Doris Light of Columbus; two sons, Norman Priest and Paul Priest, both of Johnstown; two sisters, May Grimm of California and Nettie Ginby of Florida; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Two brothers are deceased.

Callers were received Thursday at Crouse-Kauber Funeral Home. Burial services were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Carl Snelling officiating. Burial was in Green Hill Cemetery.
