D. C. THOMPSON DIES THURSDAY IN AKRON, OHIO

KNOX - D. Clyde Thompson, 86, of Akron, Ohio, died at 8:20 p.m. Thursday (June 10, 1965) in the Bashline-Rossman Hospital in Grove City after a short illness.

He was born Oct. 20, 1878, at Mount Zion, Clarion County, the son of Francis and Rebecca Best Thompson.

In June, 1902, he was married to Maude Dehner, who preceded him in death in 1952.

Mr. Thompson was a member of the Epworth Methodist Church in Youngstown, Ohio.

He was a building contractor in the Youngstown area for many years.

Surviving are three sons, F. Leonard of Mercer; E. Harold of North Hollywood, Calif.; and Homer B. of Akron, Ohio; a daughter, Helen Leiby of Akron, Ohio; two brothers, Ed of Canfield, Ohio, and Ben of Sligo; 9 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Removal was made to the William N> Rupert Funeral Home in Knox where friends are being received.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Rev. Paul Thompson will officiate at the services.

Interment will be in Lake Park Cemetery, Youngstown, Ohio.
