Mary June Colquett Payne -born on February 4, 1928 and died on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at a local hospital in Mobile, AL. Mrs. Payne is preceded in death by her husband Aubrey Lee Payne, her parents John Damon and Stella Colquett, two brothers George Colquett and Robert Colquett, both of Montgomery, AL. She leaves to cherish her four children, Briggs Lee Payne of Pensacola, FL, John Wesley (Kaye) Payne of Raymond, MS, Mark Gordon (Carolyn) Payne and Audree Junine Payne of Mobile, AL. She leaves a loving brother and sister, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at 12 noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
