Dylan Scott Lewis, 7 weeks old, the infant son of Roger & Ashley Lewis, of Shamrock Lane, Richmond, passed away Friday evening, April 24, 2009, at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
Dylan was born on March 3, 2009 at the Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center.
In addition to his parents, Roger & Ashley, he is survived by his brothers, Devin and Damien; grandparents, Jennifer Michele Pearson and Ann Lewis; great-grandparents, Linda and Mike Pleasants and Nancy Harrison; aunts & uncles, Stephanie & Brad Fellows, Nicole Isaac, Jacob Pearson, Kathy & Daryl Johnson, Lucinda Lewis (Dakota), Chris Lewis, James Lewis, Lonnie Lewis Jr., Roger Harrison (Joann), Bonnie Hopkins, Pearlie Harrison, Barbara Cuthbertson (Stuart); several cousins, including, Katlyn, Samantha, Dakota, and Matthew.
Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2009, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Seth Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Pilot Knob Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Stuart Cuthbertson, Tony Kidwell, Chris Lewis and Mike Pleasants.
