He run the Shell station at Michigan and LaSalle st, during WWII he worked at RCA as a security cop all during the war years, after the war he worked on contruction. He was loved by all his family. He was born and raised in Daviess cty from Bedford to Elnora before moving to Indianapolis abt 1930 bought his first house in 1931-1932. Ross first marriage was at 17 yrs of age in 1921 to Annis Carter in Lawrence co., Ind. His father William had to sign for him to get married. Ross and Annis had one son name Robert Eugene Carmichael
