"Mrs. Mary C. Martin, wife of Lewis Martin, residing just west of the corporation line, on the Gurley Pike, died at 8 o'clock Sunday evening, after three months of suffering with lung trouble. (The) Deceased was the daughter of the late David Mouser and besides her sisters, she leaves a husband and four children to mourn her death.
"The funeral was announced to occur from the family residence at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon."
