Son of Rufus and Sarah Ballew Atkins, passed away Friday in an Inman, SC Nursing Home. Survivors included: three daughters, Mrs. J. V. Boone, Mrs. C. B. Stickland and Mrs. B. C. Livingston, a son, R. B. Atkins, two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Suttles and Mrs. Ozie Moore, six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He was 79 years of age at his demise.
