Elizabeth Rouch
Elizabeth "Sandy" ROUCH, 89, died at 11:15 p.m. Jan. 1 at her home at 620 Indiana Ave. She had been ill three years.
She was born Dec. 24, 1893, in Frankfort and lived most of her life here. She married Eugene C. ROUCH in 1911 and was a retired waitress.
Survivors include two daughters, Ruby ROBINSON of Kokomo and Mildred [BAILLIEUL] of Rochester, nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. One daugher, a sister and a brother preceded her in death.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Foster & Good Funeral Home with the Rev. Joey WATT officiating. Visiting will be from 2-4 p.m. and 7-8:30 today. Burial will be Tuesday at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
