On September 29, 1886, he was united in marriage with Mary D. Beemer. To this union was born 9 children, one of whom is deceased.
Mr. Bidlack was engaged in thee livestock business for 25 years. He was the treasurer of Brown Township for several terms and served on several school boards for nearly 30 years. He was a director and vice-president of the Oakwood Deposit Bank for many years. He also was a member of the Oakwood Lodge # 737 I.O.O.F. for about 30 years.
His children included Mrs. C.C. Robinson of Radnor, Ohio, Lawrence L. Chauncey O. and Guy, Hazel
He suffered a paralyzing stroke in November 1926 and following that incident, was in poor health for the rest of his life.
