Arthur E. "Gene" Peugh passed away Saturday, May 30, 2009 in Ft. Worth. He was born October 22, 1948 in Cleburne to Arthur Ezell and Betty Joyce Moore Peugh. He married Darla Ann Collins on September 29, 1978 in Burleson.
Mr. Peugh was a maintenance supervisor for the Westover Group for 12 years. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Johnson County Antique Tractor Club.
Gene Peugh is survived by his wife, Darla Peugh of Alvarado; son, Tim Peugh of Lake Charles, LA; mother, Betty Holt and husband, George of Rio Vista; brother, Ernest Peugh and wife, Shelia of Cleburne; sister, Linda Garner and husband, Albert of Cleburne; two granddaughters, Kelcy and Paxton; step-brother, Gary Holt and three step-sisters, Linda Vass, Debbie Ezzell and Sandy Dexhiemer and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Ezell Peugh.
