Earl Patrick Peel was born on December 10, 1921 in Yale, Oklahoma to Rufus and Opal Smith Peel.
He moved to Grants Pass in 1976 from California.
He was a member of the Eagles and Elks lodges and a 20-year member of the Retreads Motorcycle Club. He volunteered for many years with the Humane Society.
He served as FC1 US Navy World War II, Korea.
He enjoyed motorcycles and hot rods.
Survivors include a son, Wayne Peel of Ben Lomond, Calif.; and a stepson, Theodore Burge of Seneca, Neb.
No services were held. Southern Oregon Cremation Services was in charge of arrangements. Interment was at Eagle Point National Cemetery in Jackson, Oregon.
