Mrs. Fern M. Conine, 64, McComb Route 1, a former school teacher in the Pleasant Township area, died at 12:55 a.m. Friday in Oak Grove Nursing Home, Deshler. She had been ill two years and a patient at the home for two months.
A daughter of Amos and Mela (Kocher) Clymer, she was born Jan. 27, 1903 in Henry County near Napoleon. She had been a resident of Pleasant Township for 46 years.
On May 15, 1922 she was married to Clifford E. Conine who survives with a daughter, Mrs. Jayson (Keitha) Carver of Dayton and a grandchild. Sisters surviving are Miss Vivian Clymer and Miss Vernice Clymer, both of Napoleon.
Mrs. Clymer attended the former EUB Church.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Hartley Funeral Home, McComb, Dr. Harry Gonso of the Deweyville Church of God officiating. Burial will be in McComb Union Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today, 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
