Akers, Adis Irva Stamper -age 88, of Vevay, Indiana, formerly of Martin, Ky., died on Sat., June 18, 2005, at Swiss Villa Living Center, Vevay, Indiana. She was born on Feb. 7, 1917, in Jackson, Ky., the daughter of the late Burt Stamper and Ellen Lucas Stamper. Graveside services will be conducted on Thurs., June 23, at 11:00 a.m. at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Ky., under the direction of Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Ky.
