J. Aden Dies at Lutheran Home

Two Weeks Illness Fatal to Aged man; Funeral Services Friday.

John Aden 83, died at the Lutheran Old People's home on the Burlington road at 7:40 a.m. today after an illness of two weeks.
Mr. Aden was born in Germany Feb. 8, 1851. He came to the United States in 1883 and after serving as a sailor for several years settled on a farm near Washburn, Ill. He entered the home here Aug. 11 1925.
There are no known immediate survivors.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Lutheran home at 2 p. m. Friday by the Rev. William Klein. Burial will be in the home cemetery.
