When Lawrence Harry Clouse was born on May 2, 1925, in Missouri, his father, Harry, was 33 and his mother, Jewell, was 21. He was predeceased by a half-brother, Theodore Levas.
Lawrence died on July 21, 1944, in Guam at the age of 19, and was buried in Topeka, Kansas.
