Donald Earl "Bubba" Cole, 71, died Thursday, June 11, 2009, at Medical Center of South Arkansas.
He was born on Aug. 21, 1937, in Three Creeks, the son of Mardis and Geneva (Millican) Cole. He had worked for the Arkansas Highway Department before his retirement. He also worked for Jack Ware Dairy Farm.
His parents and a brother, Johnny Lee Cole, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann Cole; a son, Tommy Cole; two brothers, Marvin and Albert Cole; and three sisters, Christine Cameron, Tina McQuerry and Lois Brumley, all of Parkers Chapel.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today in Jolley Cemetery with the Rev. Tracy Ables officiating.
Burial will be under the direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
