Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will take place at McDIVITT GROVE CEMETERY, Urbandale, Polk County, Iowa, following services.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice Kavanagh House.
