CHILD FALLS INTO BOILING WATER, DIES

Little Gaither Hale, 2 year old child of Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Hale, Jr, of near Moulton, passed away Monday morning from burns received when he accidentally fell into a pan of hot boiling water last Saturday afternoon. Almost the entire body of the child was burned.

Funeral services were conducted the first of the week at Smyrna church with the Rev. Silas Lang officiating.

The baby is survived by its parents and four brothers and sisters. Highsmith of Moulton had charge of the funeral.
