He was born in Farrar, MO on March 18, 1925 son of the late Martin (Tom) and Ella (Kaempfe) Eggers. he was married on February 23, 1952 to Grace (Weinhold) Eggers. Other survivors include 2 daughters and 1 son, Susan Eggers-Wolff of Oak Park, IL, Thomas Eggers of Gilroy, CA and Nancy Elenbaas of Waukegan, IL; 2 grandchildren, 2 sisters, Mildred Bopp Louisiana and Ruby Baisch of Webster Groves, MO. Services: Visitation for Mr. Eggers will be held at The Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens at 8749 Watson Rd., St. Louis, MO on Thursday, February 18 between 4 and 7 p.m. and Friday between 1 p.m. and time of service at 2 p.m. Rev. Joel Christian Officiating. Burial will be at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville, MO on Saturday at 11 a.m. Memorials are preferred to the Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens Parish Nurse Endowment Fund.
