Smithfield - A funeral service for Leonidas Seward Darden, 63, of Route 1, Smithfield, who died Tuesday, will be conducted at 2 pm today in Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, by the Rev Charles P Price, pastor of Uzzell's United Methodist Church.

Burial will be in Woodland United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Isle of Wight County Cancer Association Memorial Fund."
