Mrs. Pauline H Reed, 71, of Springfied died at 11:36 a.m. Monday at Memorial Medical Center.
She was born in Granite City on April 28, 1916, the daughter of Charles William and Hazel Bell Bible Hotz. She married Richard Reed in 1950, and he died in 1964. She also was preceded in death by a granddaughter.
Surviving are two daughters, Debbie Schmidt of Springfield and Nancy C. Brandt of Pleasant Hill, Calif.; three grandchildren; one sister, Betty Adelman of Springfield; and several cousins.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, with Dr. Roger Rominger officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
