Raymond C. Coblentz
Raymond C. Coblentz, 60, 540 North Plum Street, Union City, died at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Union City Memorial hospital. Mr. Coblentz was a native of Darke County, Ohio, and was as employee of Mengel's for 39 years.
Mr. Coblentz was a member of the Elks lodge, the Church of the Brethern, and was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include: his wife Evelyn; his mother, Mrs. Sylvia Coblentz, Union City; a daughter, Mrs. Carl Rismiller, Union City; two sisters, Mrs. Simon Rhoades, Union City, and Mrs. Paul Hyland, Dayton, Ohio; three brothers, Lonnie Coblentz, Union City; Robert Coblentz, Versailles, Ohio, and Wayne Coblentz, Greenville, Ohio, and two grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. (EDT) Monday at the Fraze and Timmons funeral home in Union City with the Rev. Riley Case officiating. Burial will be in the Lisbon cemetary.
