PERRYTON - Everett Sheriff, 94, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. James G. Greer, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.
Mr. Sheriff was born Oct. 15, 1914, in Harmon County, Okla., to Samuel and Muriel Sheriff. He married Lois Noma Merida on Dec. 29, 1935, in Gould, Okla.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Noma Hulsey of Perryton; two sons, Paul Sheriff of Indonesia and Steve Sheriff of Perryton; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Gideons International, P.O. Box 254, Perryton, TX 79070; or Missions, First Baptist Church, P.O.Box 1272, Perryton, TX 79070.
