The funeral of Mrs. Alpheus Babbitt, who died Saturday in Tacoma, was held yesterday from W. R. Whiteside's undertaking parlors. Mrs. Babbitt died after suffering a short time from pneumonia. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Pfaff of this city and was formerly Miss Minnie Pfaff of the Westside. Interment was in the Odd Fellows' cemetery. The services were conducted by Rev. John W. Flesher of the Methodist church of this city.
