Married Monday Night

Mr. Perman Strickland and Miss Jessie Cotton were married Monday evening at 8:30 at the home of Rev. J. S. Ferguson, that reverend gentleman performing the ceremony in a solemn and impressive way. It was a plain, simple wedding – they just got married.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. S. Griffin and is a very charming young lady. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Strickland and is a steady reliable young man. He assists his father in operating the city waterworks and in doing plumbing work.

The contracting parties are members of fine families and have many friends who wish them much happiness.
