The people of our vicinity have been made sad during the past week by the untimely and unexpected death of Billy KEMMER. He will be missed. Such men are rate and are much needed in this country. His energy and faithfulness to business carried him too far. He made one trip too many. I heard his last words and witness his last smile on earth.
