Florence Robins Austin, joined her heavenly family July 6, 2009, leaving behind her beloved family to cherish and celebrate her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Austin Jr.; her parents, Arcell and Agnes Robins; and her brother, John Robins.
She is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Dianne and Craig Rust and Jane and Greg Waddell; her son and his wife, Gary and Beverly Austin; her grandchildren, Kelly Rust, Brian Rust and his fiancee, Colleen Sweeney, Taylor Austin and Kyle, Morgan and Hunter Waddell; her sister and her husband, Frances and Clyde Driskill; two sisters-in-law, Virginia Anderson and her husband, Ben, and Erma Robins; her beloved dog, Maggie; her granddogs and kitties, James, Lilly and Larry.
She was a graduate of Manchester High School, class of 1944.
She was a member of Providence United Methodist Church.
"Ma" loved her family and friends, especially her home on the hill.
Her family received friends 12 noon to 8pm Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at Bliley's - Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Road. A graveside service was held 11am Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at Dale Memorial Park.
