Funeral services for Helen M. Bizzell, age 72, of Tyler, will be Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Autry Funeral Home Chapel, Frankston. The Rev. Bob Wallace will officiate, with burial to follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Frankston.
Mrs. Bizzell died in Tyler on Sunday, July 5, 2009. She was born Feb. 14, 1937, in Panola County. Helen was a former licensed vocational nurse, and had worked in Jacksonville and Tyler. She was a member of Calvary Assembly Of God, Tyler, and was a homemaker. Mrs. Bizzell was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Denise Bizzell; five brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Johnnie Bizzell, Tyler; and son, Danny and wife Ellaina of Chandler. Mrs. Bizzell had seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be John Aaron Bizzell, Justin Bailey and Danny Lynch.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
