CATHERINE BUCK
---Catherine Buck, daughter of Robert and Jane Dixon was born in the Province of Quebec near Montreal Canada May 4, 1838 and parted this life May 24, 1922 being at the time of her death 84 years and 24 days of age.
---When a child she moved with her parents to Athens County Ohio, and then in the early sixties, to Dunn County Wisconsin.
---She was married to Aaron J. Buck on Oct. 4th, 1869. To this union were born two children, Francis F. and Clarence Eugene of LaCrosse.
---In 1882 she moved with her husband to Missouri and in 1883 moved to the farm one mile south of LaCrosse, where she has since resided. In her early life she united with the Baptist Church and after moving to Missouri united with the Church at LaCrosse of which she remained a faithful member.
---She was the last of a family of six children, all of which have preceded her to the Great Beyond.
---Alexander Dixon of Athens, Ohio; Mrs. Sarah Kinney of Greenbrier Tenn; John Dixon of Atlanta Mo.; Mary Jane Buck of LaPlata Mo.; and William Dixon of Menomonie, Wis.
---The funeral services were conducted from the home at her request by Rev. Wm. Rutherford of Albany, Mo. who also conducted the services of her husband nearly fourteen years ago.
